The error message means you don't have the right MySQL info set up in the Easy Multi Tracking installer for the database name or the datebase location.
The database name is what you set with a website given prefix. If you look at your MySQL listing, you'll see the same prefix for database name and username. A plesk control panel will give you one prefix for the database name and a different one for the user name.
Database location is usually 'localhost' (without quotes). If that
doesn't work, then try your site's IP address (listed also in the MySQL area).
